The central heating boilers with manual fuel charging
METAL-FACH central heating boilers with manual fuel charging
The central heating boilers (double-furnace) are equipped with burner that burns fuel such as eco-peas, fine coal, and pellets and has water trough that allows for traditional buring of coal and wood. Full feeding of the fuel tank enables service- free operation of the boiler for the period of many days. The steel, cuboid water boiler body is made of P265GH boiler steel, 6 mm thick (for components coming into contact with combustion gas) and 4 mm thick (for other components). The modern design of the central heating boiler’s heat exchanger enables the achieving of high efficiency.
The central heating boilers, with an upper combustion system, are destined for burning solid fuels: firewood and bituminous coal. The steel, cuboid pressure vessel is made of P265GH boiler steel, 6 mm thick (for components coming into contact with combustion gases) and 4 mm thick (for other components). The basic version is offered with mechanical temperature adjustment by means of a knob on the tilting hatch on the ash pan door. Temperature adjustment is also possible by means of a draught gauge or air injection unit (supplementary equipment). They are also equipped with a secondary aeration system for the upper combustion chamber. A large loading chamber improves the comfort of use while extending the operating time per single loading.
