SMART BIO

The most important information

The SMART BIO boiler uses reliable technological and construction solutions that make it an extremely effective and proven source of heat. The boiler is designed for efficient combustion of wood pellets in accordance with the norm 303-5:2021-09. It is equipped with a self-cleaning burner. Pellet igniter cooperating with the RTC clock, firing up and extinguishing the boiler according to the schedule, reducing the number of activities to be performed at the boiler to almost zero. Thanks to the option of connecting the ecoNET300 internet module to the boiler, you can control the boiler’s functions using a phone, tablet, or computer.

Heat exchanger

Horizontal convection channels | regimental
Effective design adapted for quick cleaning of the exchanger from the front. The construction of the boiler exchanger ensures high heat removal from the furnace.

Flue exit

At the top of the boiler
The boiler structure has been designed in such a way that the flue exits are at the top. The use of such a solution in the central heating boiler allows for direct discharge of the flue into the chimney.

Limit switch

Out of concern for your safety, the boiler is equipped with a limit switch. The limit protection system is located in the boiler door and the tank hatch. Each time the door or flap is opened, the operation of the burner and other boiler elements is automatically stopped until they are closed again.

Ceramic plates

The use of ceramic plates in the combustion chamber improves the efficiency of the combustion process. The screens increase the temperature in the combustion chamber and stop the particles floating above the furnace, burning it up. The thermal efficiency of the boiler increases, and the flue gases contain the amount of compounds harmful to the environment reduced to a minimum.

Automatic feeder

The PLATINUM PELLET controller, based on the information received from the sensors, determines the demand for fuel and doses its appropriate amount. The fuel combustion process itself is therefore very economical, ecological and does not require additional service from the user.

Turbulators

The swirlers installed in the convection ducts effectively reduce the velocity of the flue gas outlet, maintaining high heat transfer through the water jacket.

Boiler control

Adjust the boiler operation and temperature in the rooms to your individual needs. The PLATINUM PELLET controller is programmed in such a way as to automate all processes related to heating your home. The owner gives the temperature he wants in the apartment, and the controller will optimize combustion in this regard. By entering the advanced settings of the controller, you can personalize each parameter. It all depends on the preferences of the user and household members!

ecoNET 300 internet module
Control operation, monitor, compare statistics by connecting the boiler controller with the Internet module. Gain access to boiler control from a mobile phone, tablet or computer. The Internet module is not only a remote control, it is also a recording and register of the course of heating the house. Thanks to the ecoNET internet module (wired, wi-fi) you can gain control over your expenses and nothing will surprise you anymore!

Pellet burner

Gutter burner – for pellets

These are one of the most popular pellet burners on the market. The burner is equipped with an automatic ceramic pellet igniter, which allows for its quick firing and extinguishing. The design of the burner allows you to quickly reach a high temperature of the boiler. All functions of firing up the furnace and fuel dosing can be set according to the current needs of the user.

Fuel: Pellet
Ecological fuel, which is pellets, also known as biomass, is made by pressing wood waste such as sawdust or shavings. This fully natural fuel turns into biodegradable ash when burned.

Ceramic pellet lighter
Forget about manually firing up the boiler. Just one click and the automatic ceramic igniter ignites the fuel fed to the burner. The automatic igniter combined with the RTC clock allows you to program the entire working week of the device. The device operation timer can be set separately for SUMMER and WINTER modes.
