General information
The SE boiler is a heating device with manual dumping, adapted to burn firewood, lump wood and hard coal in accordance with the 303-5:2021-09 standard. Its simple but solid design ensures reliability and ease of use, making it an excellent choice for users looking for an economical source of heat. The boiler can be equipped with additional equipment that regulates combustion and automates the operation of the device.

User comfort
The SE boiler has been designed with traditional, simple operation and maximum reliability in mind. Thanks to manual fuel loading, the user can independently decide on the amount and type of fuel, adjusting the fuel demand to the current needs of the heating system. The design of the furnace provides optimal combustion conditions for both firewood and hard coal. The large combustion chamber translates into longer operation on one load.

Draft regulator
Depending on the temperature of the medium, it controls the flap regulating the air supply to the boiler combustion chamber.
Mechanical thermometer
A mechanical bimetal thermometer, equipped with a long measuring probe.
Horizontal | shelf convection channels
Efficient design adapted for automatic cleaning of the exchanger from the front. The construction of the boiler exchanger ensures high heat collection from the furnace.
Flue outlet at the back of the boiler
The boiler design has been designed in such a way that the flue outlets are located at the back of the boiler. The use of such a solution allows for direct discharge of the flue to the chimney.
Secondary air intake
Air is sucked in through the opening in the hopper door in order to fully burn the fuel. The amount of secondary air can be adjusted with sliders.
Air feeder
The air feeder, located in the lower door of the boiler, plays an important role in the combustion process, controlling the amount of air supplied to the combustion chamber. Its main task is to regulate the intensity of fuel combustion.
Large loading chamber
Thanks to the increased capacity, it is possible to load more fuel, which directly translates into less frequent need to add fuel and longer operation of the boiler on one load.

Ecology and savings
The SE boiler combines economical combustion of firewood and hard coal. Thanks to the appropriately designed air flow and efficient combustion chamber, the boiler allows for full fuel combustion, which reduces the amount of ash produced and exhaust emissions. The possibility of using wood as a renewable fuel additionally reduces the impact on the environment and allows for ecological and cheap heating.
Combustion chamber
The SE boiler is equipped with an efficient combustion chamber, designed to maximize the use of thermal energy from firewood or hard coal. The design allows:
- Easy and quick loading – a wide hopper makes it easy to refill wood and coal.
- Manual lighting – we can load firewood or coal into the combustion chamber. Wood, unlike coal, properly seasoned is an ecological fuel that meets all standards. It is fully natural, and as a result of combustion, biodegradable ash is created. By burning properly seasoned wood, we produce a small amount of harmful compounds into the atmosphere.
- Efficient combustion – thanks to the optimized supply of primary and secondary air, the fuel burns evenly.
- Long operation on one load – the refined large combustion chamber ensures optimal combustion conditions, which translates into longer boiler operation.
Controls
Despite its traditional design, the SE boiler can be equipped with a draft regulator that allows for manual combustion control, or a controller and exhaust fan that automatically regulates the air supply to the combustion chamber. Additional equipment stabilizes the combustion process, the temperature in the combustion chamber and optimizes fuel consumption. Thanks to this, the user does not have to constantly monitor the combustion process, which increases the comfort of using the device.

DK SYSTEM-420 Controller
The DK SYSTEM-420 controller is a modern solution that automates part of the heating processes, ensuring comfort and efficiency in managing the temperature at home. The controller optimizes combustion in the boiler, adjusting its operation to the temperature set by the user. Thanks to this, the system ensures fuel savings, stability of the combustion process, constant water temperature in the heating system and greater thermal comfort in the rooms.
Draft regulator
The use of a draft regulator in a boiler is a key element in controlling the combustion process of wood or hard coal. This device allows for manual adjustment of the flap supplying air to the combustion chamber, maintaining the set temperature of the heating medium. Adjustment of the amount of secondary air is possible thanks to special slides. Simple, mechanical adjustment ensures easy adjustment of the boiler operation to the current thermal needs of the building and enables stable, effective and economical gasification of wood.
Exhaust fan
The use of an exhaust fan with adjustable height allows its output to be adjusted to the existing chimney installation, maintains appropriate draft, ensures even combustion and increases safety by preventing the backflow of exhaust gases.
