The SMART EKO 12-30kW boiler is a modern and effective solution designed for efficient heating of single-family homes and commercial facilities. Thanks to advanced hard coal combustion technology in accordance with the PN EN 303-5: 2021-09 standard, the device ensures high energy efficiency while minimizing emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. The product has been awarded the EcoDesign Certificate and has a 5th boiler class, which confirms its compliance with the latest ecological and energy standards in force in the European Union. Additionally, the manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty* on the boiler, which proves the high quality and reliability of the device.

User comfort
The boiler was designed with user convenience in mind. Control based on the TECH ST 483 controller eliminates the need for frequent user intervention. The device is equipped with a large fuel tank that automatically adjusts its supply.

Automatic feeder
Automatic feeder feeding eco-pea coal fuel is an element that significantly increases the comfort of using the boiler. Its main features are:
- Maintenance-free fuel supply - eco-pea coal is automatically transported from the tank to the burner, eliminating the need for manual feeding.
- Quiet and smooth operation - solid construction and high-quality mechanisms ensure reliability, minimize noise.
- Time saving - large tank capacity allows for long-term operation of the boiler without the need for frequent fuel refilling.
The automatic feeder guarantees the continuity of the combustion process and optimal boiler efficiency, with minimal involvement on the part of the user.
Limit switch
The boiler is equipped with a limit switch. The safeguards are placed in the boiler door and in the tank flap. Each opening of the door causes automatic suspension of the burner and other boiler elements until they are closed again.
Swirlers
Swirlers are a solution that:
- Increases heat exchange efficiency - swirlers cause turbulence in the exhaust gases, which improves heat transfer to the water jacket.
- Reduces fuel consumption - better heat exchange means lower energy losses and more economical operation of the boiler.
Horizontal convection channels | shelf
Effective design adapted for quick cleaning of the exchanger from the front. The construction of the boiler exchanger ensures high heat collection from the furnace.
Flue outlet at the back or top of the boiler
The boiler construction has been designed in such a way that the flue outlet is located at the back or top of the boiler. The use of such a solution allows for the flue outlet to be directly led out to the chimney.
Highly efficient ceramic combustion chamber
Thanks to the use of ceramic shapes together with the burner, the boiler achieves high efficiency. This technological solution increases the temperature in the combustion chamber and stops particles floating above the firebox, burning them. As a result of this process, the thermal efficiency of the furnace increases, and the exhaust gases have the amount of compounds harmful to the environment reduced to a minimum.

Any interference with the boiler’s design is prohibited and will void the warranty. Attempts to install additional grates or components that allow the combustion of fuels other than those specified by the manufacturer, outside the automatic furnace, are prohibited.

Ecology and savings
Combustion of eco-pea coal is a high-energy and economical solution. The advanced burner design and combustion chamber with ceramic plates enable full combustion of fuel and exhaust fumes, reducing pollutant emissions to a minimum. As a result, higher energy efficiency is achieved and fuel consumption is optimized. Eco-pea coal, as an efficient solid fuel, is widely available and is an alternative to other energy sources.
Eco-pea coal burner
The SMART EKO 12-30kW boiler is equipped with an Ekoenergia II cast iron burner for eco-pea coal. This model has been designed for maximum combustion efficiency and minimizing harmful emissions. The Ekoenergia II burner is adapted to burn hard coal in accordance with the PN EN 303-5:2021-09 standard.

Modern control
The intuitive TECH ST483 controller enables precise management of the boiler operation. Optional accessories, such as the TECH Internet module, provide real-time monitoring of device information and device control via the Internet.

TECH ST483 Controller
The TECH ST483 controller is the heart of the boiler management system. Equipped with an intuitive interface, it allows easy and precise setting of the device’s operating parameters. The device supports:
- Handling of the DHW, C.O.1, circulation and additional pumps.
- Management of one C.O.1 mixing circuit with the possibility of connecting a room thermostat.
- Weather control, which automatically adjusts the heating parameters to weather conditions.
The controller is also compatible with the TECH internet module, which allows remote control of the boiler using a smartphone or computer from anywhere.

TECH Internet Module (wired)
TECH Wired Internet Module enables remote control of the boiler and the entire heating system via the Internet. It allows you to monitor the operation of devices and change settings from a smartphone or computer. This is an ideal solution for people who value comfort and full control over home heating, even when they are away from home.
TECH Internet Module (wireless)
TECH Wireless Internet Module offers the same advantages as the wired version, but without the need for cabling. It allows remote management of the heating system from anywhere, which increases the comfort of use and allows for full optimization of the building's heating, providing savings on energy bills.
TECH ST280 + ST260 room thermostat
TECH ST280 and ST260 room thermostats are high-class devices for controlling room temperature. They are characterized by intuitive operation, weekly programming and precise temperature measurement, which allows you to adjust the operation of the heating system to the individual needs of the household. In combination with boilers, they provide optimal thermal comfort and energy savings.
