Essential Information

The SEG EKO boiler uses reliable and proven design solutions for many years. The components used make it an extremely effective and reliable heating device. The shape of the exchanger has been designed with high energy efficiency in mind. It is equipped with a cast iron burner, which is adapted to the efficient combustion of Gr II class a1 hard coal in accordance with the PN EN 303-5: 2012 standard. Thanks to the option of connecting the ecoNET300 internet module to the boiler, you can control the boiler’s functions using a phone, tablet, or computer.

Heat exchanger

Horizontal and vertical convection channels | shelf
Efficient design for quick cleaning of the exchanger from the front and from the top. The design of the boiler exchanger ensures high heat removal from the furnace.

Flue outlet

At the back of the boiler
The structure of the boiler has been designed so that the outlet of the flue is at the rear. The applied design of the boiler body allows the flue to be directly led out to the chimney.

Limit switch

For your safety, the boiler is equipped with a limit switch. The end protection system is placed in the boiler door and in the hopper flap. Each opening causes the burner and other elements of the boiler to stop working automatically until they are closed again.

Highly efficient combustion chamber

Thanks to the use of ceramic fittings with the burner, the boiler achieves high efficiency. This technological solution raises the temperature in the combustion chamber and stops particles floating above the furnace, burning them up. As a result of this process, the thermal efficiency of the furnace increases, and the flue gas has a reduced amount of substances harmful to the environment to a minimum.

Automatic feeder

The PLATINUM controller, on the basis of information received from sensors, determines the demand for fuel and doses it the right amount. The process of fuel combustion itself is therefore very economical, ecological and does not require additional service on the part of the user.

Swirlers

The swirlers installed in the convection channels effectively reduce the speed of the exhaust gas while maintaining high heat reception through the water jacket.

Boiler control

Adjust the boiler operation and room temperature to your individual needs. The PLATINUM controller is programmed in such a way as to automate all processes related to the heating of your home. The owner gives the temperature he wants to have in the apartment, and the controller will optimize combustion in this respect. By entering the advanced settings of the driver, you can personalize each parameter. It all depends on the preferences of the user and household members!

Control the work, monitor, compare statistics thanks to the connection of the boiler controller with the internet module. Gain access to boiler control from a mobile phone, tablet or computer. The internet module is not only a remote control, it also records and registers the course of heating the house. Thanks to the ecoNET internet module (wired, wi-fi) you can gain control over your expenses and nothing will surprise you anymore!

Eco-pea coal burner

Ekoenergia II cast iron burner – for eco-pea coal

Cast iron boiler carburizing system with manual firing up of the furnace. The eco pea burner and its components in contact with high temperature are made of cast iron. Thanks to the use of this material in the construction of the burner, these elements are more resistant to corrosion than ordinary steel, even if we use moist fuel. Cast iron elements of the burner also reduce the noise of the feeder operation. The burner and the feeding screw are made of gray ductile cast iron, resistant mainly to abrasion and high temperature. A burner constructed in this way will work reliably for many years.

Fuel: Eco peas
Ecological fuel from the depths of the earth. Eco pea fuel is produced on the basis of hard coal. The prefix “eco” means that it meets the stricter gas emission standards. Eco-pea fuel has a low sulfur content, a small amount of ash and low humidity. While burning, it produces much less harmful compounds than ordinary coal.

Auger
The screw feeder doses fuel precisely, is resistant to abrasion, corrosion and high temperature.

Pin of the gear motor
Prevents damage to the gearmotor. When there is an element in the feeder that the auger will not be able to push out, the pin will break, which will protect the boiler against serious damage to the feeding system.
