I. The objectives of the adopted privacy policy and the use of cookies on the website.

1.2. Personal data entrusted by the User are processed only to the extent necessary for the implementation of services, sales, delivery, contact for the purposes of:
1.2.1. concluding an agreement for the implementation of services provided electronically and outside the company’s premises, shaping its content, changing and terminating;
1.2.2. fulfilling orders placed by the User for products in the Service’s assortment, including contact with the User necessary for the fulfillment of the order or servicing of devices,
1.2.3. considering the User’s complaint,
1.2.4. fulfilling the refund of benefits in the event of withdrawal from the contract;
1.2.5. statistical, research;
1.2.6. informational for answering questions asked by the User;
By selecting the option available before sending the message “I consent to receiving marketing information, including sending commercial information electronically”, the User’s personal data will then be processed by the Service also for the purpose of providing information about products/promotions/delivering free newsletters containing information about our assortment. Providing personal data is voluntary in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The User may request the deletion of their data at any time.
1.3. We inform you that the Service may contain referrals – links that, if clicked, allow you to reach other websites managed by other administrators. The Administrator of this Website has no influence on the privacy policy or cookie policy of these administrators and is not responsible for them. Therefore, we appeal to the User to familiarize themselves with the privacy policy of these websites and the use of cookies.

II. Data collected about users on the website, including personal data, the manner of their use, User rights.

Passively collected data is information automatically saved by the service, anonymous information regarding the time of the User’s visit, IP address, URL address, browser type (so-called system logs), number of visits, device data, browser language, operating system type.
Automatically collected data is analyzed for the purpose specified in point 1.2.5 using the Google Analytics solution, Google Adwords, Google AdSense, Youtube [Cookies administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA], Facebook [Cookies administrator: Facebook Inc. based in the USA], Youtube [Cookies administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA], Manychat [Cookies administrator: Manychat Inc. based in the USA]. This tool operates based on the so-called cookie policy and does not share data enabling the identification of the User. The Service also collects data regarding the User’s geolocation in order to verify from what location (continent, country, town).

The data collected in the manner described above is stored for up to 10 years only for the purpose of supporting the administration of the Service, enabling its efficient functioning and the use of User-friendly solutions. We assure you that this information is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the Service.

2.1. Data collected by the Service also includes data provided by the User actively.

2.1.1. In order to send a message, the User may, without the need for prior registration and logging in, complete the form by filling it in, providing the following data: first name, last name, street, house/apartment number, postal code, town, province, country, contact phone number, e-mail, boiler series, boiler power, boiler serial number, controller model, date of purchase day/month/year, description of the notification, attachment, type of order. The above-mentioned data is processed only for the time necessary to complete the order and is not made available by the Administrator to third parties, with the exception of persons whose participation is necessary to perform the activity, i.e. carrier/freight forwarder/distributor. After the order is completed, the data is deleted.

2.1.2. The Service allows contact with the Administrator/Service using a contact form/phone/e-mail/messenger. By contacting in one of the above-mentioned ways, you provide the data required for return contact with the Service. This data is used only and exclusively for the purpose specified in ppk 1.2.6., contact, i.e. preparing a response to the question asked by the User.

2.1.3. The User has the right to view the data processed by the Administrator at any time, the right to request their change, as well as their deletion. To do this, send an e-mail message requesting the deletion of the data to j.pydys@metalfach.com.pl.

III. Cookies and how we use them.

3.2. Cookies do not contain data identifying the User, which means that it is not possible to determine their identity based on them. The saved files used by the Service are not harmful to the User or the device in any way and do not interfere with its software or settings.

3.3. Types of cookies:
We use the following types of cookies on the Service:
⎯ session files are temporary files that are stored on your device until you log out of the Service, exit the Service, including by completely closing the browser.
⎯ permanent files are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
3.4. We remind you that in general, browsers have an option enabled in their default settings that allows cookies to be saved.
