In order to ensure the Website Users that the protection of the privacy of Users visiting the Website is particularly important to us and to provide Users with information about the subject of personal data collected by the Website, the purpose of their collection and use of cookies – we present this Privacy Policy.

We provide privacy protection at a level at least corresponding to the standards specified in applicable legal provisions, in particular in the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219), Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR ) (i.e. Official Journal of the EU.L 2016 No. 119, p. 1), the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) and the Act of July 16, 2004 – Telecommunications law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2018.1954, item 1907).

1. The objectives of the adopted privacy policy and the use of cookies on the website.
1.1. This Privacy Policy and the use of cookies regulates the rules for the processing of personal data for the collection and use of information about users on the website in the domain www.metalfachtg.com.pl; (hereinafter referred to as: “Website”). The administrator of personal data is METAL-FACH Technika Grzewcza Sp. z o.o. with its seat at ul. Sikorskiego 66, 16-100 Sokółka, NIP: 545 182 60 12 (hereinafter: the Administrator).

1.2. The personal data entrusted by the User is processed to the extent necessary only for the purpose of providing services, sales, delivery and contact for the purposes of:
1.2.1. concluding a contract for the provision of electronic services and off-premises, shaping its content, changes and solutions;
1.2.2. execution of orders placed by the User for products included in the Website’s assortment, including contact with the User necessary due to the implementation of the order or service of devices,
1.2.3. considering the User’s complaints,
1.2.4. implementation of the return of benefits in the event of withdrawal from the contract;
1.2.5. statistical, research;
1.2.6. information for answering the questions asked by the User;
By selecting the option available before sending the message “I consent to sending me marketing information, including sending commercial information by electronic means”, the User’s personal data will then be processed by the Website also in order to provide information about products / promotions / provide free newsletters containing information about our assortment. Providing personal data is voluntary in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The user may at any time request the deletion of his data.
1.3. Please be advised that the Website may contain references – links that, if clicked, allow you to reach other websites managed by other administrators. The administrator of this Website has no influence on the privacy policy of these administrators or the policy of using cookies and is not responsible for them. Therefore, we urge you to read the privacy policy of these websites and the use of cookies.

2. Data collected about users on the website, including personal data, the manner of their use, User’s rights.

When visiting our Website, user data may be shared by him in two ways: passively and actively.

Passively collected data is information automatically saved by the website, anonymous information on the time of the User’s visit, IP address, URL address, browser type (so-called system logs), number of visits, device data, browser language, operating system type.
The automatically collected data is analyzed for the purpose specified in point 1.2.5 using the solutions of Google Analitics, Google Adwords, Google AdSense, Youtube [Cookies administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA], Facebook [Cookies administrator: Facebook Inc. based in the USA] , Youtube [cookie administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA], Manychat [cookie administrator: Manychat Inc. based in the USA]. This tool works based on the so-called cookie policy and does not provide data enabling the identification of the User. The website also collects data on the User’s geolocation in order to verify from what place (continent, country, city).

The data collected in the above-described manner is stored for up to 10 years only to support the administration of the Website, enabling its efficient functioning and the use of user-friendly solutions. We assure you that this information is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the Website.

2.1. Data collected by the Website is also data provided by the User actively.
2.1.1. In order to send a message, the User may, without prior registration and logging in, complete the form by filling it in by providing the name, surname, street, house / flat number, zip code, city, province, country, contact phone number, e-mail, series boiler, boiler power, boiler serial number, controller model, date of purchase, day / month / year, application description, attachment, order type. The above-mentioned data are processed only for the time necessary to perform the order and are not made available by the Administrator to third parties, except for persons whose participation is necessary to perform the activities, i.e. carrier / forwarder / distributor. After completing the order, the data is deleted.
2.1.2. The website allows you to contact the Administrator / Website using the contact form / phone / e-mail / messenger. By contacting one of the above-mentioned methods, you provide the data required for return contact with the Website. These data are used only for the purpose specified in sub-point 1.2.6., For contact purposes, i.e. for the preparation of an answer to the question asked by the User.
2.1.3. The User has the right to inspect the data processed by the Administrator at any time, the right to request their change, as well as their removal. To do this, send an e-mail with a request to delete the data to j.pydys@metalfach.com.pl.

3. Cookie files and how they are used.
3.1. When using the Website, small files are saved on the User’s end device, in particular text files, which contain information that allows you to remember activity, including the time and number of activities (hereinafter: “cookies”). Cookies also enable the collection of statistical data referred to in section 1.2.5.
3.2. Cookies do not contain data identifying the User, which means that on their basis it is not possible to determine his identity. The saved files used by the website are in no way harmful to the User or the device and do not interfere with its software or settings.
3.3. Types of cookies:
We use the following types of cookies on the Website:
⎯ session files are temporary files that are stored on your device until you log out of the Website, exit the Website, including by closing the browser completely.
⎯ permanent files are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
3.4. We would like to remind you that browsers generally have the option to save cookies selected in their default settings.
If the User does not agree to saving these files on the end device, the User should change the settings of the web browser he uses. Preventing cookies from being saved may consist in:
⎯ not saving cookies on the end device;
⎯ informing the user each time a cookie is saved on the device;

4. Security.
The User’s personal data is stored in a database for which technical and organizational measures have been applied to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out by law on the protection of personal data, in particular in the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219), Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (hereinafter: GDPR) (i.e. Journal of Laws EU.L 2016 No. 119, page 1), the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) as well as the Act of July 16, 2004 – Telecommunications Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2018.1954, item 1907), as well as the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (i.e. Journal Laws 2004. 100, item. 1024).
The website uses technologies and procedures for the protection of personal data that ensure proper protection of Users’ privacy. The tools and mechanisms used on the Website include encryption connections such as an SSL certificate.
Only persons authorized by the data administrator have access to the database.
The User using the Website with the use of a third party end device should delete the browsing history.

5. Changes to the privacy policy.
Changes to the privacy policy will be made only in order to increase the standards of protection of the privacy policy or to adapt the policy to legal requirements. Each time the User will be informed about the change in the message displayed on the main page of the Website.
