The most important information

The SMART EKO boiler is an ideal solution dedicated to people who value efficiency and do not want to give up comfort. The boiler is adapted to the efficient combustion of hard coal in accordance with the PN EN 303-5: 2021-09 standard. Additionally, the cast iron burner is equipped with components that guarantee many years of uninterrupted operation of the device. Thanks to the possibility of connecting an internet module to the boiler, you can manage the boiler functions from your phone, tablet or computer.

Heat exchanger

Horizontal convection channels | shelf
Effective design adapted for quick cleaning of the exchanger from the front. The construction of the boiler exchanger ensures high heat removal from the furnace.

Flue exit

At the top of the boiler
The boiler structure has been designed so that the flue outlet is located at the top. The design solution of the boiler body allows the boiler to be pushed almost to the wall.

Limit switch

Out of concern for your safety, the boiler is equipped with a limit switch. The limit protection system is located in the boiler door and in the tank flap. Each opening automatically stops the operation of the burner and other elements of the boiler until they are closed again.

Highly efficient combustion chamber

Thanks to the use of ceramic fittings together with the burner, the boiler achieves high efficiency. This technological solution increases the temperature in the combustion chamber and stops particles floating above the furnace, burning them. As a result of this process, the thermal efficiency of the furnace increases, and the flue gases have the amount of compounds harmful to the environment reduced to a minimum.

Automatic feeder

The TECH ST 483 controller, based on information received from sensors, determines the fuel demand and doses the appropriate amount. The fuel combustion process itself is therefore very economical, ecological and does not require additional user support.

Turbulators

The swirlers installed in the convection ducts effectively reduce the velocity of the flue gas outlet, maintaining high heat transfer through the water jacket.

Boiler control

Adjust the boiler operation and room temperature to your own individual needs. The TECH ST 483 controller is programmed to automate all processes related to home heating. The user enters the temperature they want in the room, and the controller will optimize combustion in this respect. By entering the advanced controller settings, you can personalize each parameter. It all depends on the preferences of the user and household members!

Burner for eco-pea coal

Cast iron burner Ekoenergia II – for eco-pea coal

Cast-iron carburizing system for the boiler with manual firing up of the furnace. The eco pea burner and its components in contact with high temperature are made of cast iron. Thanks to the use of this material for the construction of the burner, these elements are more resistant to corrosion than ordinary steel, even if we use moist fuel. The cast-iron elements of the burner also reduce the noise of the feeder operation. The burner and the feeding screw are made of ductile cast iron, resistant primarily to abrasion and high temperature. A burner constructed in this way will work reliably for many years.

Fuel: Eco peas
Ecological fuel from the depths of the earth. Eco pea fuel is produced on the basis of hard coal. The prefix “eco” means that it meets the stricter gas emission standards. The eco-pea fuel has a negligible sulfur content, a small amount of ash and low humidity. When burning, it produces much less harmful compounds than ordinary coal.

Screw feeder
The screw feeder precisely doses the fuel, is resistant to abrasion, corrosion and high temperature.

Gear motor cotter pin
Prevents damage to the gear motor. When there is an element in the feeder that the screw will not be able to push out, the cotter pin will break, which will protect the boiler against more serious damage to the feeding system.
